UiPath announced the appointment of Zakaria Haltout as Area Vice President for the Middle East and Africa regions. The move is designed to consolidate the Company’s leadership capabilities in two regions that are believed to hold tremendous potential for accelerated adoption of automation and Artificial Intelligence and offer UiPath customers and partners in the region unmitigated support. Haltout will report to Mark Gibbs, President of Europe, Middle East, and Africa regions at UiPath.

Zakaria Haltout brings more than 20 years of experience as a business leader and tech executive and a deep understanding of the Middle East and Africa markets, where he has successfully delivered growth and value through fostering strategic business relationships.
He joins UiPath after a 15-year tenure at SAP, where he held different leadership positions, most recently as the Managing Director for the MENA Region. In his roles, he has been responsible for defining and executing the GTM strategy and sales across all segments. Before SAP, Zakaria worked for Oracle and Siemens.
Haltout has a strong track record of driving growth through a customer-centric approach, while maintaining a strong focus on ensuring high employee satisfaction.
