As a company, Tenable assists customers understand their cyber risk. Through the different products and solutions that it offers, Tenable provides visibility on the modern attack surface that includes OT, AD and Cloud. The in-depth analytics allow organisations to further assess their risks and help enable better security measures.
This year at GITEX Technology Week, Tenable is showcasing its range of security solutions around risk-based Vulnerability Management and Active Directory to prevent attacks even before they can happen.
“It is impressive to see such a large number of people attending the show,” Maher Jadallah, Senior Director – Middle East & North Africa, Tenable said when asked about GITEX Technology Week this year. “Moreover, we have back-to-back meetings. Our whole team is attending and meeting clients and customers. It’s a clear indication that people require such physical communications which is what GITEX is made for.”
Tenable.ad, one of the company’s main services that is being demoed at GITEX, helps organisations safeguard their Active Directory infrastructure. Tenable said that some attacks also happen through employee logins managed through Active Directory, which is why their security solutions can be integrated to prevent such attacks from taking place.
Jadallah noted that security threats are becoming more complex and sophisticated, especially with the sudden adoption of remote work. A recent report released by Forrester Consulting revealed that 85 percent of Saudi organisations attribute current cyberattacks to vulnerable technology which mostly took place in 2020 when the work-from-home scenario was adopted by many firms.
“I believe that for organisations to be successful in the digital era, visibility should be the key focus. This is also an integral part to security,” Jadallah said. “Having visibility will help you make better decisions for your organisation.”
Tenable’s Cyber Exposure platform, which includes Tenable.io, Tenable,sc, Tenable.ot and Tenable.ad is available for demo at GITEX Technology Week.
