Kyndryl and NVIDIA have announced a strategic partnership to advance AI and Generative AI (GenAI) adoption for businesses in the Middle East. This collaboration integrates NVIDIA AI into Kyndryl Bridge, an AI-driven platform that enhances IT service delivery and management across hybrid cloud environments. The partnership is significant, as it addresses the growing demand for effective GenAI implementation amidst the complexity faced by enterprises.
Despite the rapid growth and potential of GenAI, many organizations struggle to move beyond testing and into full-scale deployment. Challenges include data integration issues, the need for advanced data management, and the risks associated with GenAI, such as bias and security concerns. Additionally, only 35% of companies in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) feel adequately equipped with the necessary IT infrastructure for AI initiatives, further complicating AI adoption.
Kyndryl’s collaboration with NVIDIA is designed to overcome these hurdles by providing end-to-end services that optimize AI implementation. By integrating NVIDIA’s technology stack into Kyndryl Bridge, the partnership enables businesses to advance from AI testing to deployment more effectively, driving tangible business outcomes. This includes optimizing operations, speeding up innovation, and reducing errors and associated costs.
Pieter W. Bil, Senior Vice President and Managing Director at Kyndryl MEA, emphasized that this partnership is a vote of confidence in Kyndryl’s capabilities and will help Middle Eastern businesses stay ahead in the competitive landscape. The continuous learning and adaptability of Kyndryl Bridge, combined with NVIDIA AI, are expected to deliver significant value by enhancing business performance and driving progress across industries in the region.
