Finesse has announced today that it will provide its application and network monitoring solutions and services to the Department of Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities (IACAD). Finesse will act as IACAD’s strategic IT partner, driving the Department’s digital transformation initiatives to deliver the holistic solution for IACAD along with its partner Netscout.
Finesse will be implementing Netscout’s TruView appliance, which leverages key data sources to present a correlated view of performance in a single, easy to understand dashboard view, will be implemented. These correlated views will help IACAD to quickly see how well the infrastructure is transporting applications, and how well those applications are performing in context of the end user experience.
