Salesforce, the global leader in AI customer relationship management (CRM), is debuting its latest AI-powered solutions, Agentforce and Data Cloud, for the MENA region at GITEX Global at Dubai World Trade Centre.
At GITEX (Booth H4-A5), Salesforce is holding special live sessions to demonstrate the latest versions of its solutions including Agentforce, Data Cloud and Hyperforce across sectors including retail and ecommerce. Salesforce’s 400 square metre booth includes a theatre from which it is hosting talks and demo sessions daily, covering topics including how to be more customer centric with Agentforce, Customer 360 and Data Cloud; how humans with Agentforce can deliver effortless service strategies; and success in cloud-driven manufacturing.
Kaushal Kurapati, SVP – Product Management, Generative AI and Search at Salesforce will take to the main stage in Hall 25 on Day 2 (Tuesday October 15) at 11:15am to deliver a presentation entitled, ‘How Humans and Autonomous Agents Can Drive Customer Success’. On Day 3 (Wednesday October 16) at 13.00pm, Kurapati will participate in a panel discussion entitled ‘Building a Responsible Future for AI and Humanity’ at the AI Everywhere Stage in Hall 10.
Salesforce is also welcoming visitors to its Einstein Laboratory at GITEX. Located at the company’s booth, the laboratory is a hands-on, interactive experience where organisations can brainstorm ideas with Salesforce’s design thinking experts, and other companies, to gain a head start for the AI revolution.
Following its launch at Dreamforce in San Francisco last month, Agentforce is also a major focus at GITEX. Agentforce is a groundbreaking suite of autonomous AI agents that augment a company’s workforce and handle tasks in service, sales, marketing, and commerce, driving unprecedented efficiency and customer satisfaction. These agents, which were unveiled at Salesforce’s annual conference in San Francisco last month, are integrated on Salesforce apps and leverage real-time data from Salesforce’s Data Cloud to deliver accurate, personalised, and automated responses. They can perform complex business processes autonomously, significantly reducing manual workload and enhancing productivity.
Thierry Nicault, Area Vice President and General Manager, Salesforce Middle East, said: “Coming just one month after Dreamforce, GITEX Global provides us with the ideal launching pad for our newest transformative tools, Agentforce and Data Cloud, in the Middle East. Organisations in the region face ever-increasing pressure to improve services in response to growing customer demand, often while budgets are under constraint. By deploying AI smartly using solutions such as Agentforce, organisations in the region will have the opportunity to build and customise autonomous AI agents to support their employees and customers 24/7, while data cloud will empower companies to maximise the value of their data and gain intelligence to drive efficiency and innovation.”
These solutions will prove invaluable in the UAE, where organisations are increasingly embracing AI to scale services, according to Salesforce’s recent State of Service report. The report found that 93% of service organisations in the UAE are using or evaluating AI, while 75% of service organisations in the UAE plan to increase AI investments this year. The top three service use cases for AI in the UAE were found to be agent-facing intelligent assistants, customer-facing intelligent assistants, and service responses, intelligent offers and recommendations. However, there is a risk that these investments will be outpaced by accelerating demand, with 70% of service organisations in the UAE expecting higher case volume next year, and 83% of service professionals in the UAE saying customers are more demanding than they used to be.
Earlier in the month, Salesforce launched its new state-of-the-art office in Dubai Internet City. The expansion is part of Salesforce’s ongoing investment in the UAE, which last year saw the company making its trusted cloud platform Hyperforce generally available in the country in partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS).
This year, Salesforce achieved the Dubai Electronic Security Centre (DESC) Cloud Service Provider (CSP) Security Standard for Salesforce Services on Hyperforce in the UAE to support government and public sector entities.
Salesforce has also continued to grow its regional partner network at a rapid pace, with certifications growth of 35 per cent year on year and 29 per cent more Salesforce-certified resources, reaching a total of 1,326 credentialed individuals across the Middle East compared to the same period last year.
