Global provider of cloud-based customer engagement software Freshworks had participated at the recently concluded 39th edition of GITEX Technology Week. The company showcased new as well as updated products and solutions during the five-day trade show.
Manish Mishra, Director and Head of Sales, Middle East and Africa, Freshworks, said, “Our primary play is to provide superior and affordable products to consumers so that they can have customers for life. Our business goals complement well with Dubai government’s customer-centric initiatives.”
During the show, the company showcased its flagship offering Freshdesk, which allows an organisation to have a complete view of a customer’s interaction with it across different platforms.
“With Freshdesk, the agent who is handling a customer’s problem will be able to view what he or she has communicated in the past through different mediums and the status without making the customer repeat it. We are bringing an omnichannel experience to this process. The customer will be better handled because the agent will be better informed through this platform,” Mishra said. “With this technology, organisations are able to greatly enhance the customer experience and truly keep them at the heart of their operations. Customers also feel that the organisation cares about them, whether it is a service or sales request.”
Mishra said that over the next few months, the market will see the company doubling its revenues in the Middle East and Africa region.
“This will continue to be the objective as we enter the new year. We will increase our investments in the region considerably as it contributes significantly to our global revenues. Customers can expect more innovation with Freshworks’ products and services, going forward.”
The California-headquartered company operates across the globe with offices in US, Europe and Asia-Pacific.
