Salesforce has launched AgentExchange, a trusted marketplace and community for Agentforce, opening new opportunities for partners, developers, and Agentblazers in the $6 trillion digital labour market.
AgentExchange builds on the success of Salesforce AppExchange, the world’s largest enterprise cloud marketplace, with over 13 million app installs. It launches with more than 200 partners and hundreds of actions, topics, and templates that have passed security and customer reviews, helping organizations deploy AI agents to enhance productivity and innovation.
Key partner components include:
- Actions: Expanding Agentforce capabilities with new integrations.
- Prompt templates: Ensuring consistent AI interactions.
- Topics: Grouping actions for focused AI performance.
- Agent templates: Combining multiple topics for comprehensive AI solutions.
Partner Contributions:
- Google Cloud: AI agents integrated with Google Search and real-time data.
- Box: AI agents extract insights from unstructured data.
- Docusign: Automate agreements and track status.
- Workday: Streamline HR processes.
