Dubai-based car rental service eZhire has implemented Oracle NetSuite to manage its expanding operations across the UAE and the wider Gulf region. The company, founded in 2016, offers a mobile-based rental service that delivers vehicles to customers without the need for security deposits or physical paperwork.
With over 650,000 users and more than four million rental days recorded, eZhire has experienced significant growth, prompting the need for a more robust financial management system. The company has expanded into Qatar, Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia and required better visibility into its business operations.
“Our continuous growth demonstrates the success of eZhire’s approach to making car rentals more accessible, convenient, and flexible for everyone,” said Hassan J. Saduzai, CEO and co-founder of eZhire. “NetSuite complements our mission perfectly. Our teams can now access data at a granular level, create real-time dashboards, and instantly access insights to understand our cash flow, forecast accurately, and assess our financial health. The analysis we get from NetSuite informs our go-to-market strategies and gives us confidence in our decisions.”
The cloud-based enterprise resource planning (ERP) system allows eZhire to automate financial processes, improve forecasting, and manage cash flow more efficiently. NetSuite’s OneWorld platform also helps the company handle tax, reporting, and currency processing requirements across its subsidiaries.
“eZhire has rethought the traditional car rental process, and the growth it has achieved is incredibly impressive,” said Nicky Tozer, senior vice president for EMEA at Oracle NetSuite. “With NetSuite, eZhire has taken its financial operations to the next level, gained deeper visibility into its business performance, and established a scalable foundation to support its rapidly expanding domestic and international operations.”
eZhire continues to expand its presence in the Gulf region, with technology playing a key role in its operations and customer service.
