Can you tell us about NMK’s vision, growth, and overall strategy?
NMK’s growth has always been steady and organic. We started in Sharjah, then expanded to Dubai, reached Qatar, and now have an office in Saudi Arabia. Saudi has been our fastest-growing market so far, with high demand and exciting challenges.
We’ve always aimed for growth that feels natural, with the right strategies and partnerships along the way. We know who we are—value-added distribution partners—and our goal is to keep our message clear and focused while building these partnerships.
Which brands did you showcase at GITEX this year?
At GITEX this year, we showcased a range of top brands. Shure’s ecosystem was a big highlight, collaborating closely with our booth. We also featured systems from Arthur Holm, Telavic, Allegroix, SurgX, Epson, and BrightSign, offering a great mix of portfolios. Additionally, we brought in unified communication systems from Meet, all controlled through the Q-SYS Core platform.
Our goal was to create a truly integrated experience—every system was embedded within a broader solution. We wanted everything to work together seamlessly, providing a streamlined, simplified setup for anyone who visited our booth.
What does your partner ecosystem look like?
Our partner ecosystem brings together audio, video, and lighting on a single platform, ensuring seamless integration and smooth control. We focus on providing an easy, cohesive experience for partners and end users alike. Our solutions incorporate diverse technologies—whether it’s Dante, AES, or analog AV—creating a robust ecosystem with top-tier vendors like Shure, Telavic, Airtelholm, and Q-SYS.
How do you believe quality audiovisual products impact work environments?
Ultimately, AV is about effective communication—telling stories, sharing visuals, and connecting people. Whether it’s in a museum, school, or corporate space, audiovisual tools help make storytelling dynamic and impactful. They add that crucial synergy between visual and sound elements, amplifying communication. The industry has come a long way; where AV was once niche, it’s now at the forefront, with projects like Abu Dhabi’s Sphere demonstrating its powerful storytelling potential. AV might be a challenging field, but it’s incredibly rewarding for what it brings to creative expression.
Can you tell us about any latest products or solutions you’re offering?
We’ve put together integrated solutions with brands like Epson Projection, Shure, Q-SYS, and Ola Acoustics to offer precisely what our clients need. We’re all about value-added distribution, so we carefully select brands that align with our vision and market trends. By listening closely to our clients, we ensure that the solutions we provide are exactly what they’re looking for.
What are NMK’s future plans?
NMK is focused on expanding our team both internally and regionally, bringing in talent that aligns with our values. At the same time, we’re committed to growing our portfolio strategically, finding areas that allow us to build on our strengths.
Our integration partners and vendors are central to our strategy. They’re the backbone of what we do, and keeping those relationships strong is essential. As we expand, we want to make sure that our core DNA—our commitment to integration and collaboration—remains intact. This balance of growth and authenticity is what has always driven our success, and it’s the foundation for our future.
