What is Lenovo showcasing at LEAP this year?
This year at LEAP, we are showcasing our latest solutions designed to accelerate digital transformation in the Kingdom under the theme of ‘Smarter Knows That Together is Better’. We will also be showcasing end-to-end solutions with our ecosystem of partners, powered by Lenovo and AMD.
However, at Lenovo we always think beyond products and focus on solving customer challenges, which is why at LEAP we will focus more on solutions that can be applied across industry sectors. Targeted at challenges in the Kingdom, our solutions will tackle industry verticals including medical research, genomics, weather forecast, Oil & Gas among others.
Our booth will also showcase how innovation and smarter technology can help institutions accelerate their intelligent transformation journey. We also reiterate the importance of harnessing the power of supercomputing and leveraging workplace solutions to allow employees to work from where they want and when they want.
How are you helping to turn Saudi Vision 2030 into a reality?
Saudi Arabia is a key market for Lenovo, and one where we believe that the government has the right vision regarding technology. As part of the Saudi Vision 2030, the government is actively investing into deploying technology to deliver smarter cities, smarter governmental services, smarter healthcare services, and smarter educational services to the Kingdom.
We have been in the Kingdom for decades, actively growing and investing. We work with some of the biggest Saudi government and private companies in various verticals, with a mission to drive digitalization. We also have established long-term relationships and the announcements we have made this week during LEAP is a testament to our long-term growth investment plan in the Kingdom.
At LEAP, we will be signing MoUs with local government bodies and SMEs, which will help showcase our commitment to the Kingdom and our role as a key technology solutions provider.
How is Lenovo building skills in KSA?
The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is transitioning from being completely dependent on oil to becoming a global hub for technology, entrepreneurship and tourism. As part of this and in alignment with the Saudi Vision 2030, we will have not only partnered with various government entities and SMEs, but we will also be brining the latest in products and solutions to the Kingdom. This, in turn, will contribute towards large-scale digitalization and with that create new opportunities for growth and learning.
We are also taking an R&D-focused approach to new products and solutions, which will help businesses capitalize on technology trends. This will not only help them take advantage of the solutions but help in learning new skills and preparing for the future.
